Marybeth Lemay has been very helpful with photos and information to get the rental program started. She has helped and advised me a number of times already by phone and e-mail. I also want you to know that Roger was an absolute professional to work with all the way to closing. It was a complex deal with multiple sellers trying to reach an agreement and probate issues, but Roger knows the business and the area and he guided us through each step.

"I just wanted to let you know, we have just recently purchased a townhome in Indian Shores. My cousins are brokers in Tampa and interviewed several property managers around the area, and in the end selected Sun Vista largely because of Marybeth Lemay.
This unit in Indian Shores is the third vacation rental we own, the others are in Steamboat, Colorado, and Lake Tahoe, Nevada. So we have had a good deal of experience with various agencies, and individuals over the years.
I can honestly tell you that our short experience with Marybeth has left a very good impression on us. She is personable, efficient, has good follow through, and professionalism. We have been very happy to date with the service and communication she has given us.
