Vista Village is in the heart of Indian Shores, a quaint beach community.

The City of Indian Shores hosts waterfront dining and entertaining, provides a public boat ramp.  The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, the country's largest wild bird hospital, are housed on the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Recently, the City of Indian Shores replaced its road infrastructure, buried its utility lines, and now offers both pedestrian and bicycle right-of-ways.
