Shore House is located directly on the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. A small complex Shore House provides a community pool which overlooks the sandy gulf beaches and units contain balconies that overlook the beach. Constructed in 1983 of concrete block and stucco Shore House is comprised of ten units on five floors, all of which are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1345 square feet heated, and each with assigned parking. Shore House accepts Tenants for a minimum of 30 days The City of Indian Shores hosts waterfront dining and entertaining, provides a public boat ramp, a bank, gas station and convenience store. Our Civitan’s club building and the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, the country's largest wild bird hospital, are housed on the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Recently, the City of Indian Shores replaced its road infrastructure, buried its utility lines, and now offers both pedestrian and bicycle right-of-ways. Home to over two and one-half miles of pristine beaches, the City of Indian Shores provides nine beach accesses, eight are pedestrian, the large one for parking is Tiki Gardens with facilities and close to the Park Boulevard public boat ramp. The City of Indian Shores provides its own Police Department and Fire Department housed together at City Hall on Gulf Boulevard. The City of Indian Shores is situated between the City of Redington Shores (182nd Avenue) to the south and the City of Indian Rocks Beach (Whitehurst/First Avenue) to the north.
